The teachings of Letting Go and Lightening Up were conceived in infinite time and have been taught since 1999. They are the culmination of sixty-plus years of living, loving, organizing, joy and light by our founder Annie Rohrbach.

Letting Go and Lightening Up is bringing a lighter, brighter energy to the world, filling it with greater peace, love, joy, balance, harmony, freedom and order.
